We offer different delivery options to suit your needs. The options available will be displayed as you proceed through your order. Our minimum website delivery charge is £3.95 for UK orders. EU orders will be considerably higher. The exact cost of your delivery will be displayed before you complete your order.
Our estimated delivery time is between two to four working days dependant on the order size. We will always do our best to hit this target and will inform you if we think that there will be any delays.
If you live near to Torr's Newbury branch you can opt to collect the item personally. Please select the personal collection option when completing your order and contact us at info@torr-fashion.com to confirm a suitable date and time.
We hope that when you shop on the Torr website you are completely happy with the service and with our products. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items.
We guarantee to refund or exchange any item (subject to conditions below) returned to us in a saleable unused state within 14 days of receipt. Returned items must retain the original packaging and still have the tags/labels attached. Shoe and jewellery boxes are also considered a part of the product and therefore your return may not be accepted if damaged.
For hygiene purposes we cannot accept refunds or exchanges on pierced items such as earrings.
Items that have been personalised or modified to your specifications also cannot be returned.
We can only exchange an item for the same item in a different size or colour (subject to availability). An exchange for a different item will require a new order.
Before returning an item please email us within 7 days of receipt at info@torr-fashion.com informing us that you are doing so (please include your order reference number) and indicate whether you would like an exchange, credit note or refund. We are sorry but we cannot accept returns without prior notice.

It is advisable to send returned items by registered post and keep to your proof of postage certificate. Unfortunately we regret we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the customers responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
