Sales Terms

Pricing and Availability

Every effort goes in to making sure that our website prices and availability are correct. However from time to time there may be inaccuracies.

If any items that you order are out of stock or priced higher than the stated price we will try to contact you at the email address provided when the order was placed.

In the event that we are unable to contact you we will process any remaining items in your order. We will not issue the disputed item or a substitute without your permission.

Items at a lower price than the stated price will automatically be charged at the lower price and included in your order.

All prices are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

Faults

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size (subject to availability). Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items.

If you believe the item you received is faulty, please contact info@torr-fashion.com quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the fault. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
